Wake up, love. You have slept the day away and now the moon is sneaking up behind the tallest mountains. While you were asleep I ran all of my errands and still had time to place a kiss upon your forehead before your eyes crept open. I wonder what the night has in store for us this evening. A movie in bed or a theater? A quiet dinner in our cozy kitchen or at some hole in the wall we haven’t been to yet? Perhaps we can drive around and pick up all the stray cats because everyone deserves to have a warm place to stay every now and then, right? Maybe we can just lay in bed and talk about everything we know; you can tell me of the dreams you dreamt and the nightmares from your childhood that you’ve tried so hard to forget. Now that you’re awake, love, the world is ours.
